We guarantee your perfect fit and if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy for items directly purchased from our website. Please return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with tags attached by mail only.
Returns made within 30 days of the order date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for your account to be credited. This may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you made a purchase with store credit/gift card, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used.
All items in our SALE section are marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. This “Final Sale” tag is displayed on the product page and labeled as such when added to your cart, during the check-out process and upon completion of your order.
If you return the “Final Sale” items, we will contact you to request a prepaid return shipping label to ship back your items.
Refunds do not include any shipping costs. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns.

accept any items that are washed and show any sign of use upon inspection. Items with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
If unapproved items are received, we will contact you to provide a prepaid return label. All returns must be received within 30 days of your order date.
As a result of high demand, we are not able to offer exchanges. All eligible returned items will be refunded once they have been received and inspected by our warehouse. To ensure your item is still in stock, please place a new order for the item you would like. You will receive the right product faster if you place a second order.
