We guarantee your perfect fit and if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items directly purchased from our website. Please return any eligible items unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with tags attached by mail only.

All returns must be received within 30 days of your order date.

All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all the original tags, stickers, and labels intact to qualify for a return. Items with obvious use, makeup, dander, deodorant, perfume, detergent, or stains may be subject to refusal.

Returns will be valid only on merchandise purchased through our website;, no exception.

All items marked down as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. This “Final Sale” tag is displayed on the product page and labeled as such when added to your cart, during the check-out process, and upon completion of your order. If you return the “Final Sale” items, we will contact you to request a prepaid return shipping label to ship back your items.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for your account to be credited. This may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Purchases made with a store credit/gift card, will be issued to the store credit/gift card.

Refunds do not include any shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns.

As a result of high demand, we are not able to offer exchanges. All eligible returned items will be refunded once they have been received and inspected by our warehouse. To ensure your item is still in stock, please place a new order for the item you would like. You will receive the right product faster if you place a second order.
